We work with small and growing businesses across industries — from sole proprietors reviewing their first year to multi-team organisations wanting clearer internal processes. The common thread is a business owner who wants to think things through carefully before acting.
How do the sessions work in practice?
Sessions take place at our Petaling Jaya office or, where more convenient, via a video call. Before each session we share a brief outline so you know what we will be covering. Afterwards, we follow up with written notes summarising what was discussed and any suggested next steps.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The Study Review spans three weeks. Considered Planning runs over six weeks. The Advanced Advisory Partnership is structured across a quarter with monthly sessions. Each timeline is designed to allow ideas to develop at a reasonable pace, avoiding the pressure of compressed schedules.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
Each engagement is a defined scope with a fixed fee, agreed before we begin. There is no rolling contract or monthly retainer. If at the end of an engagement you wish to continue, we discuss the next step together — but there is no automatic extension or obligation.
How are the fees structured and when is payment made?
Fees are in Malaysian Ringgit as listed for each engagement. Payment terms are agreed at the outset — typically a portion at the start and the remainder at the midpoint or completion. We are happy to discuss what works for your situation before any commitment is made.
How is the information I share kept confidential?
Business and financial information shared during an engagement remains strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties, and we retain only what is necessary to complete the work. A written understanding of confidentiality is part of the engagement agreement.
