THREE ENGAGEMENTS
The right conversation
for where you are now.
Each engagement is sized and priced for a particular stage of business. None requires more time than your situation warrants.
Back to HomeOUR METHODOLOGY
How every engagement is structured
Regardless of which engagement you choose, the approach follows a consistent pattern. It begins with a careful reading of your situation — reviewing the information you share and asking the questions most likely to surface what matters. From that foundation, sessions are structured to move from observation to options to decisions.
Every engagement ends with a written deliverable. This is not a formality — it is the central output. The process of writing forces clarity, and the resulting document gives you something to work from after our time together concludes.
Initial intake
You share background information on your business — financials, structure, and the questions most on your mind. We review this before the first session.
Structured sessions
Sessions follow a prepared agenda and are spaced to allow reflection between them. Notes are shared after each conversation.
Analysis and drafting
Between sessions and before the final deliverable, we analyse what has emerged and prepare a written account that is clear and usable.
Closing and handover
A final session reviews the deliverable and ensures it addresses what you came to us with. You leave with a working document, not a parting conversation.
ENGAGEMENT ONE
Study Review
RM 640 · 3 weeks · 2 sessions
A calm first engagement for small businesses wanting a clearer understanding of their footing. Together we go gently through your sales, costs, and routines, surfacing the points most worth attention. Suited to small and early businesses where the need is to see the current situation clearly before deciding anything.
This engagement is not designed to produce a strategy. It is designed to produce clarity — a written summary of where things stand and what, if anything, most warrants attention in the near term.
- Two structured sessions over three weeks
- Written overview covering sales, costs, and routines
- Short list of suggestions — not prescriptions
- Follow-up notes and a plain summary included
SUITED FOR
- Sole proprietors reviewing their first or second year
- Small businesses before a significant decision or change
- Owners who want an outside perspective on their current position
SUITED FOR
- Settled small businesses planning their next development phase
- Growing firms facing a meaningful strategic fork
- Owners who want a structured plan before committing resources
ENGAGEMENT TWO
Considered Planning
RM 1,120 · 6 weeks · 4 sessions
A planning engagement for businesses ready to think through their next step with care. We consider capacity, cost, and a few realistic directions, then offer considered options. Designed for settled small and growing firms that have a clearer sense of where they are, but want to work through where they might go.
The output is a written plan alongside scenario notes that describe the likely shape of two or three realistic directions. A decision framework is also included — a structured tool for applying the same analytical approach to future choices independently.
- Four structured sessions across six weeks
- A written plan covering capacity, cost, and direction
- Scenario notes presenting realistic alternatives
- Decision framework and a later check-in included
ENGAGEMENT THREE
Advanced Advisory Partnership
RM 1,400 · 1 quarter · Monthly sessions
A longer advisory relationship for developed organisations refining how they think and operate at scale. We review structure, reporting, and decision flow, offering tactful, considered recommendations. Suited to advanced multi-team businesses where the questions are less about what to do and more about how to do it better.
The engagement includes a full structural review, monthly sessions across the quarter, and a closing summary. A documentation pack and a period of continued correspondence are included — so the work does not end abruptly when the final session concludes.
- Full structural review of operations and decision flow
- Monthly advisory sessions across the quarter
- Closing summary and structured documentation pack
- Continued correspondence included after sessions close
SUITED FOR
- Developed organisations with multiple teams or functions
- Businesses refining internal structure and reporting
- Owners preparing for leadership transition or significant scaling
